Decadent Banana French Toast

1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp orange liqueur
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
10 - 12 slices of thick whole wheat bread
1 1/2 cup syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
4 sliced bananas
Heat griddle to 350 degrees.
Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, orange liqueur & cinnamon in a bowl.
Coat griddle with thin layer of butter.
Dip each slice of bread in mixture & place on griddle.
Cook approx. 6 min. total, flipping when golden brown.
Slice bananas for topping.
Heat syrup in microwave 1 min.
Serve french toast warm, topped with banana slices, syrup, & powdered sugar.
